Return & Exchange Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased:
  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item in its original condition from the day you received it.
  • Only products that have been purchased directly from Beintekusa.com web-store or eBay (beintekusa) can be returned. All products purchased through other sellers must be returned to them in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in the same condition that you received it. Please ensure products are securely and safely packaged before shipping. We are unable to accept any products with damaged or opened box during the shipment process as we are not responsible for any damages occurred during the shipping.
  • Please ensure that the product you are returning is repackaged with all the cables, adapters, and documentation that were included when you received it. Also, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
  • Exchanges are available if the product is found defective and non-working, such as no power, cracked screen, or detached frame.
  • The refund will be processed after the product is returned to our facility, inspected, and approved. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
